If you want to return a product, please print out, fill in and fax the following RMA form to
Fax No: ++49 - 89 - 89 01 66-77.
You will receive a RMA number which has to be added to the form and has to be returned together with the product. Use the RMA form as delivery note.
Please note that we can't process unfranked returns or returns without RMA number. We don't assume any responsibility for damages during transportation caused by insufficient packaging or missing ESD protection.
