Expert eX-5015, eX-5017, eX-5019, eX-5028, eX-5029, eX-5060 Decentral DAQ Modules
The eX-5000 series are DAQ and control systems connected to a PC via USB, Ethernet, or RS485/232C. Depending on the version, they offer various I/O channel configurations:
- The eX-5015 is a 16 bit, 12-channel RTD (type PT100, PT1000, Balco 500, NI604, NI1000) input module that provides programmable input ranges on all channels.
- The eX-5017 is a 16 bit, 16-channel analog input module that provides programmable input ranges on all channels.
- The eX-5019 is a 16 bit, 16-channel thermocouple (type J, K, T, E, R, S, B) input module that provides programmable input ranges on all channels. Each analog channel is allowed to configure an individual range.
- The eX-5028 is a 8-channels MOSEFT output and 24-channels input module.
- The eX-5029 is a 16-channels MOSEFT output and 16-channels digital input module.
- The eX-5060 is a 10-channels relay and 12-channels digital input module.
Software support: Based on the Modbus/TCP and RTU standard, the eX-5000 firmware is a built-in Modbus/TCP and RTU server. The modules are provided with the necessary DLL drivers and Windows utility for users for client data for the eX-5000. Users can configure the DAQ system via Windows utility; integrate with HMI software package via Modbus/TCP driver or Modbus/TCP OPC Server. Moreover you can use the DLL driver and ActiveX to develop your own applications.
