Die Ceyear 3674-Familie ist eine Serie von High-End-Vektornetzwerkanalysatoren bis 110 GHz. Sie wurde entwickelt, um den hohen Anforderungen beim Testen von Halbleiterchips, Materialien, Antennen, Hochgeschwindigkeitskabeln, Mikrowellenkomponenten usw. gerecht zu werden. Hervorragende HF-Eigenschaften, flexible Hardwarekonfiguration und umfangreiche Softwarefunktionen ergänzen sich gegenseitig.
