HIOKI 8423 Series Multi-Channel Datalogger-System

The HIOKI 8423 memory logger is a modular multi-channel data acquisition and logging system. The device can measure and record multiple channels at high speed of 10 ms. With additional modules and bundling of systems the logger can be configured for up to 600 channels. The 8423 logger system is the ideal solution for acquiring data for evaluation and testing at development sites.

  • The main unit 8423 controls the input/output units, the communication to the PC (LAN, USB 2.0), and real-time data storage to the CF card.

    • Voltage/temperature unit 8948 with 15 channels voltage or thermocouple input.
    • Universal unit 8949 with 15 channels voltage, thermocouple, resistance temperature sensor, or humidity input.
    • Digital/pulse units 8996 with 15 channels for ON/OFF logic signal, totalized pulses (integrated or instantaneous), or rotation count.
    • Alarm unit 8997 with 15 channels of open-collector output.
  • Multi-channel - expand according to your application:
    • A single system consist of max. 8 units (total 120 channels) + main unit: Bundle 8 modules together to achieve a 120-channel system.
    • Bundle 5 systems together to acheive a maximum of 600 channels of simultaneous recording.
