  • USB type-A and type-B female (front side) for the bus under test.
  • USB type-B female (rear side) for PC connectivity.
  • Windows software.
ITIC-2500A USB 2.0 PCI-Express 1.1 (2.5 GBit/s) x4, x2, x1 Analyzer module with:
  • USB type-B female (rear side) for PC connectivity.
  • External trigger (rear side).
  • PCIe-over-Cable female connector - connect the adaptor board/"Active Interposer Probe"* here, using the included PCIe cable.
  • Windows software.
* Adaptor board/"Active Interposer Probe" (included): PCIe board for a standard x1/x2/x4 PCIe slot, with a PCIe slot for the PCIe board under test.
