ITECH IT-M3140 Programmable DC Power Supply
The ITECH IT-M3140 series consists of programmable DC power supplies designed for testing in production, research, and development laboratories, as well as for integration into automated test equipment (ATE). With a form factor of just ½-rack 2U, the units deliver an output power of up to 1850 W or 3000 W and an output voltage ranging from 30 to 1200 V. The units operate in three output modes: constant voltage (CV), constant current (CC), and constant power (CP). Thanks to automatic wide-range output, they achieve a wide output voltage and current range at full output power, enabling them to meet a broader spectrum of test requirements. In addition, the IT-M3140 DC power supplies offer high stability, fast response times (<1 ms), advanced protection functions, and programmable LIST functions. This series comes standard with USB and LAN/Ethernet connectivity and can be used with ITECH’s free PV3140 software to easily implement remote control and data logging.

- Fold back, UVP/OVP, UCP/OCP, OPP, OTP, inhibit protection, more secure and reliable.
- The "sense" protection circuit combined with software and hardware can effectively detect "sense" reverse connection and missing connection, and protect the DUT.
- Standard USB/LAN, optional RS232, analog, GPIB; easy to integrate.
