The Rohde & Schwarz LCX100 and LCX200 LCR meters are versatile and measure extremely accurately and quickly. This makes them ideal for demanding applications in research, development, and production. The two device variants and various options/upgrade possibilities cover applications with measurement frequencies up to 300 kHz, 500 kHz, 1 MHz, or 10 MHz. In addition, the devices offer options such as internal and external bias functions, comprehensive analysis capabilities, and versatile test adaptors.
