HIOKI PW9006 IEC Harmonic/Flicker Measurement Function for PW4001

The HIOKI PW9006 option/expansion for the PW4001 power analyzer adds an IEC harmonic/flicker measurement function. It enables harmonic measurements at 50 or 60 Hz in accordance with IEC 61000-4-7, as well as voltage fluctuation and flicker measurements in accordance with IEC 61000-4-15. Selecting the IEC measurement mode automatically configures the PW4001 to meet the standards’ requirements.
This option expands the HIOKI PW4001 power analyzer with IEC-compliant measurement functions for harmonics, interharmonics, and flicker to support EMC testing, power quality analysis, and grid connection evaluations. The harmonic measurement supports measurements up to the 200th order. Flicker measurement covers key parameters such as Pst, Plt, dc, dmax, and Tmax.
The PW9006 option can be ordered together with the PW4001 or added later as a license-based upgrade. It is delivered as a physical license card. Activation is performed using a unique license code linked to the respective device.
