MicSig MOIPO SigOFIT Gen3 Optical-Fiber Isolated Probes

The Micsig MOIP series consists of third-generation optically isolated oscilloscope probes. It offers a bandwidth range from 200 MHz to 1 GHz and supports differential measurements from ±0.01 V to ±20 kV. Based on Micsig SigOFIT technology, the MOIP series offers an exceptionally high CMRR of up to 128 dB at 100 MHz, an isolation voltage of up to 85 kV, and an extremely low noise level of less than 0.3 mVRMS. The probes reproduce signal details across their entire bandwidth range and serve as the ultimate benchmark for verifying the accuracy of signals measured with other voltage probes.
