Tektronix-to-Rigol Probe Adaptor

This adaptor enables customers to keep their active Tektronix probes and use them with the Rigol DS4000 and DS6000 oscilloscopes. T2R1000 converts the TekProbe BNC interface to Rigol probe interface and supplies power, calibration and DC offset adjustment function for the probe. The datasheet contains a list of compatible types of Tektronix probes.
