The Rigol MSO/DS9000 series is a family of fast, high-resolution digital oscilloscopes designed to meet the demands of today's common development, debugging, and testing applications. In high-speed recording mode, the oscilloscopes achieve a high-speed acquisition rate of 1,000,000 wfms/s, a memory depth of 2 Gpts, and a vertical resolution of 8 to 16 bit. All of this is combined with excellent noise performance and vertical accuracy. The devices have 2 or 4 analog inputs; the MSO (mixed-signal) model additionally features 16 digital/logic channels.
