Siglent SSG3000X Plus RF Signal Generators up to 2.1 or 3.2 GHz
The signal generators of the Siglent SSG3000X Plus series have a frequency range from 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz or 3.2 GHz. These RF generators offer common analog modulation types such as AM, FM, and PM. They also feature pulse modulation and a pulse train generator. When used in conjunction with a baseband generator such as the SDG6000X, they can also generate IQ-modulated signals. Thanks to their high accuracy and pure output signals, the SSG3000X Plus series is the ideal choice for research and development, education, and manufacturing.
