TekBox TBESDT1, TBESDT2 for Measurements Compliant With IEC 61000-4-2 up to 4 GHz
The TekBox TBESDT1 and TBESD2 ESD TARGET are current sensing transducers to verify ESD simulators. They are used to take measurements compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 up to 4 GHz.
