Keysight E5063A Vector Network Analyzer up to 18 GHz
The Keysight E5063A are 2-port VNAs (Vector Network Analyzer) up to 18 GHz (8 upgradeable options) with 50 Ω impedance. The devices run on a Windows 10 operating system and offer as software option, for example, time-domain analysis (also with test wizard) or wireless power transmission analysis.
- 2-Port, 50 Ω VNA.
- Frequency ranges 100 kHz to 500 MHz, 1.5 GHz, 3 GHz, 4.5 GHz, 6.5 GHz,. 8.5 GHz, 14 GHz, or 18 GHz (upgradeable).
- Starting frequency can be set down to 50 kHz.
- Option 006 for wireless power transfer analysis with benefits:
