The HIOKI IM35xx is a series of high accuracy and reliability LCR meters and impedance analyzers for professional industrial production lines and R&D applications in the testing of electronic components.

  • IM3523 basic LCR meter:
    • |Z|, L, C, R testing; testing source frequency 40 Hz...200 kHz.
    • Fast measuring time 2 ms.
    • ±0.05% accuracy with wide measurement range (DC, 40 Hz...200 kHz, 5 mV...5 V, 10 µA...50 mA).
    • Built-in comparator and BIN functions.
    • Non-stop testing over mixed measurement conditions such as C-D (120 Hz) and ESR (100 kHz).
  • IM3533 enhanced LCR meter:
    • |Z|, L, C, R testing; testing source frequency 1 mHz...200 kHz.
    • Fast measuring time 2 ms.
    • Transformer measurement mode: Turn ratio, mutual inductance and inductance difference measurements of transformers and coils.
    • IM3533-10: Frequency sweep measurement.
    • Internal DC bias to facilitate HDMI compliance testing.
    • ±0.05% accuracy with wide measurement range (DC, 1 mHz...200 kHz, 5 mV...5 V, 10 µA...50 mA).
