Keysight MX0023A InfiniiMax RC Probe Amp, 25 GHz

The MX0023A InfiniiMax RC probe provides up to 25 GHz differential bandwidth and RC input impedance profile for extremely low midband loading necessary for modern high-speed probing requirements. Included is a wide variety of connectivity solution.

  • "RC" input impedance architecture – 25 kΩ single-ended, 50 kΩ differential at DC, 170 fF with MX0100A micro probe head.
  • Attenuation range 1:1 or 4:1, auto-switchable.

Keysight MX0104A Performance Verification and Deskew Fixture for InfiniiMax Probes

The MX0104A performance verification and deskew fixture is a 50 Ω through fixture, enabling you to calibrate and deskew your InfiniiMax III/III+ Series probe amplifiers or to verify the performance of the probe using a VNA. The fixture has good signal integrity up to 40 GHz. The MX0104A is a replacement of the N5443A. Use the E2655C for <13 GHz of bandwidth.

  • Good signal integrity up to 40 GHz.
  • 2.92 mm male input and 3.5 mm male output.

Keysight MX0105A InfiniiMax Differential SMA Probe Head, 20 GHz

  • 20 GHz bandwidth - when used with InfiniiMax MX0023A probe amp.
  • Connect to SMA fixtured differential pairs.
  • Frees additional oscilloscope channels by using a single channel to measure differential signals.
  • Includes semi-rigid coax to change span between SMA connectors.

The MX0109A InfiniiMax III extreme temperature solder-in head is a semi-permanent solder-in connection that provides up to 26 GHz of system bandwidth. For extended temperature testing, the MX0109A supports extreme operating temperature of -55...+150°C per JEDEC JESD22-A104 revision E, making it ideal for testing electronics circuits and devices in environmental chambers.

  • 26 GHz bandwidth (with InfiniiMax III N2803A amp).
  • Cdiff = 108 fF, Cse = 140 fF.
  • 100 kΩ input Rdiff (at DC), 1 kΩ input Rdiff (at >10 kHz).
  • 6:1 attenuation ratio, normal sensitivity.
  • Variable spacing from 5...250 mil (or 0.127...6.35 mm).
  • Extreme operating temperature of -55...+150°C per JEDEC JESD22-A104 revision E.
  • Compatible with InfiniiMax III and III+ probe amp.
  • The 130 Ω axial resistors at the tip of the MX0109A ZIF tip can be replaced when they are worn out or damaged.
  • The replacement axial resistor kit for the MX0109A, N2836A and N2838A is N2836-68701. Each resistor kit contains 10 resistors.
