The Rohde & Schwarz MXO3 series is a family of high-quality 4- and 8-channel oscilloscopes with bandwidths from 100 MHz to 1 GHz. See more signal details instantly with the world's highest capture rate (at the time of product launch) of up to 4.5 million waveforms per second and real-time signal capture of up to 99%. The oscilloscopes offer 12-bit A/D converter resolution at all sampling rates and an extended 18-bit HD mode, plus state-of-the-art digital triggering and 125 Mpoints of memory as standard. For a detailed display, the devices feature a brilliant 11.6"/28.5 cm Full-HD touch display. With the MSO upgrade, an additional 16 digital/logic channels are available.
