SDS5000X HD Series With Display and SDS5000L Series Without Display
The Siglent SDS5000 series are multi-channel high resolution DSOs (digital storage oscilloscopes). The are available as benchtop scopes (SDS5000X HD) or versiones with HDMI only and no dipslay (SDS5000L). The oscilloscopes are available with 4, 6, and 8 channels (L-versions only 8 channels and bandwidths of 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz. They have 12-bit ADCs with sample rate up to 5 GS/s, maximum record length of 2.5 Gpts/channel. The maximum waveform capture rate is up to 160,000 wfm/s. The benchtop models also have 16 digital/logic channels (additional SPL2016 logic probes required). The trigger system supports multiple powerful triggering modes including serial bus triggering. Tools such as history waveform recording, search and navigate functions, mask test, Bode plot, power analysis allow for extended waveform records to be captured, stored, and analyzed.
