Siglent SMM3000X Series Precision Source Measure Unit
The Siglent SMM3311X and SM3312X are precise 1- or 2-channel SMUs (Source/Measure Units). They can simultaneously output and measure voltage and current, integrating the functions of a current source, voltage source, voltmeter, and ammeter within the instrument. This versatile combination allows easy switching between these functions for characterizing modern scaled semiconductors, nano-scale devices and materials, organic semiconductors, printed electronics, and other small-geometry and low-power devices.
- Integrated 4-quadrant sourcing and measuring capabilities with single/dual-channel output and measurement.
- Five basic functions: voltage/current sourcing, voltage/current/resistance measurement.
- Sourcing: Voltage ±210 V, current ±3 ADC and ±10.5 A pulsed.
- Source and measurement resolution down to 10 fA and 100 nV.
- Max. sampling rate 100 kSps, sampling interval 0.0005 PLC*, max. setting 100 PLC*.
- Min. trigger interval 10 µs. Versatile trigger modes, 12 external trigger ports, 6 inputs, 6 outputs.
- Up to 100 kpoints of internal storage space, supporting timestamps.
- Min. programmable pulse width 50 µs.
- Arbitrary waveform generation and list scanning capabilities (minimum interval of 10 µs).
- Supports two-wire/four-wire measurement modes.
- Pulse, sweep, list sweep, settable output filter, resistance measurement, math expression, limit test, trace buffer, protection, etc.
- 5"/12.7 cm high resolution capacitive touchscreen GUI.
- Configuration Iiterfaces: USB host and device, LAN/Ethernet/LXI, optional USB-GPIB adaptor.
- Supports web-server, SCPI remote control commands.
