TekBox TBPCP RF Pulse Current Monitoring Probes

TekBox Models TBPCP1, TBPCP2, TBPCP3, TBPCP4, up to 200 MHz

The TekBox TBPCP1-20100, TBPCP2-3070, TBPCP3, and TBPCP4 seriea are RF pulse current monitoring probes. The probes have a very flat response, for example from 20 Hz to 100 MHz (TBPCP1-20100) or 30 Hz to 70 MHz (TBPCP2-3070), characterized over the frequency range from 1 Hz to 200 MHz. The probes are typically used for surge or RF pulse current monitoring applications in the time domain, in contrary to RF current monitoring probes designed for EMC applications, which are used for measurements in the frequency domain.

  • Very flat response (see table below).
  • Characterized for a frequency range up to 100 or 200 MHz.
  • Aperture depending on model between 5.5 and 46 mm.
