Keysight U9422/U9424/U9428 Series FET Solid State Switches

The Keysight U942xA/B/C are high-frequency FET solid state switches with solder terminal and USB/HDMI in the range of 300 kHz to 26.5, 50, or 54 GHz. The models U9422A/B/C are SPDT switches, the models U9424A/B/C are SP4T switches, the models U9428A/B/C are SP8T switches. The switches greatly extend the number of test ports for multi-DUTs or multiport devices measurement in signal routing applications. Achieve lower cost-per-port or overall cost of test without compromising performance.

  • Broad operating frequency band from 300 kHz up to 26.5, 50, or 54 GHz.
  • Superior isolation minimizes port-to-port cross-talk with a high port-to-port isolation, 90 dB min. at 26.5 GHz, 64 dB min. at 54 GHz.
  • Low insertion loss and VSWR.
  • Very low video leakage.
  • Maintain fast throughput with fast switching speed.
  • Extend the number of test port for multi-DUT or multiport devices measurement, eg. 5G FR2.
  • Reduces overall cost of test and integration complexity, minimizing number of lower ports switches use in large-scale switch matrix.
