The B+K Precision series BK40xx devices are reliable 2-channel function and arbitrary waveform generators with max. frequencies up to 5, 10, 30, 60, 80, 120 or 160 MHz (sine). With an easy-to-read color display and intuitive user interface with numeric keypad, these instruments offer plenty of features including linear/logarithmic sweep, built-in counter, extensive modulation and triggering capabilities.
