Brainboxes ES Series Ethernet-to-Serial Device Servers

The Brainboxes series ES are Ethernet to serial device servers with 1, 2, 4 or 8 serial ports. They feature a serial rate of up to 1 MBaud and - depending on the model - RS232, RS422/RS485, mixed, or software-selectable ports. They have one 10 or 100 Mbs Ethernet/LAN port, the model ES-571 has an integrated 2-port switch. The ES series products are available in three housing formats:

Standard, wall-mountable models (optional DIN-rail mounting kit). Also available as models with PoE* and extended temperature range.
Multi-port box models (4- and 8-port; optional DIN-rail mounting kit).
DIN-rail mountable, industrial slim case models with extended temperature range and 2 redundant power supply connections. Also available as versions with galvanic isolation** and with an integrated dual-port Ethernet switch.
