The Ceyear 1465 series signal generators have a frequency range of up to 100 kHz...67 GHz. They offer high purity spectrum and high output power. The single side band phase noise at 10 GHz carrier and 10 kHz frequency offset is -126 dBc/Hz. The maximum output power reaches up to 1 W at 20 GHz carrier, and the dynamic range of output power gets 150 dB. In addition, Ceyear 1465 signal generators feature high-precision analog sweep and high-performance analog and pulse modulation, with maximum bandwidth of internally modulated signal generator up to 10 MHz, various signal waveforms, the minimum pulse width of 20 ns and flexible pulse trains.
Ceyear 1465-V series signal generators have excellent vector modulation performance within the frequency range of 100 kHz...67 GHz. The offer 200 MHz internal modulation bandwidth and 2 GHz external modulation real-time bandwidth. The baseband signal generator can be set easily with flexible performance and many modulation formats. More than 20 kinds of common modulation formats are supported, such as PSK, QAM, FSK, ASK.
