Carry Precision With You: Keysight FieldFox Handheld RF Analyzers
The Keysight FieldFox instruments are products for field measurements of RF spectrum, cables and antennas, filters, isolators, transmission lines, transmit power, analog/digital modulation analysis and more. Depending on the variant and features/added options, these handheld instruments are complete, multifunctional RF analyzers for a wide range of applications such as automotive/automotive, broadcast, cellular, all types of point-to-point communications, RF equipment manufacturers, government agencies such as fire, police, emergency services, medical, satellite, military, transportation or education.
The FieldFox basic devices can be microwave SA (signale/spectrum analyzers), microwave VNA (vector network analyzers), CAT/antenna analyzers or combination devices with various options such as RTSA (real time spectrum analysis), tracking generator, pre-amplifier, TDR, RF power-sensor support, EMI/EMF, OTA, and many more.
- The N9912C is most configurable via software (also bandwidth upgrades, SA) and thus very flexible. Frequency range up to 10 GHz.
- The N991xA/N995xA are microwave combination analyzers up to 50 GHz, upgradeable to RTSA or VNA.
The N991xB are microwave combination analyzers up to 9 GHz, upgradeable to RTSA or VNA. - The N992xA are microwave network analyzers (VNA) up to 26.7 GHz without SA capability.
- The N993xA/N996xA are microwave spectrum analyzers up to 50 GHz with full band tracking generator option and up to 120 MHz RTSA.
