ICS Model 9055 GPIB-to-Ethernet/LAN Interface for Instrument

The ICS model 9055 (new generation drop-in/replacement model for the previous model 8055) lets you control existing GPIB instruments over the Ethernet. Why should you discard old and once expensive instruments, just because they have a GPIB, but no Ethernet interface? The ICS model 9055 gives a single GPIB device "Ethernet-capability". The module is VXI-11 compliant, does not require special drivers and is compatible with the following systems: LINUX, UNIX, SunOS, MAC OS X, HP-UX, IBM-AIX and Windows systems with VISA or an RPC library.

• Adds a VXI-11 compatible Ethernet interface to a GPIB instrument.
