Keysight PZ2100 High Channel Density Precision SMU
The Keysight PZ2100 is a system of modular multi-channel precision SMUs. The PZ2100A itself is the 1U full width mainframe with 4 slots. With 5 types of SMU modules, the user can configure individual systems with high resolution, high speed, or high channel density SMUs. With the high density modules systems up o 20 channels can be configured. The high resolution/low current module has a resolution down to 10 fA, the highspeed module has a digitizing rate up to 15 MS/s
