Siglent SNA5000X-E 2-Port Vector Network Analyzers up to 6.5 GHz
The Siglent SNA5003X-E and SNA5006X-E from the SNA5000X-E series are 2-port VNA (vector network analyzers) with a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3 or 6.5 GHz. They support 2 port scattering parameter, differential parameter, and time domain parameter measurements. The VNAs can be used for determining the Q factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss of a filter. They feature impedance conversion, movement of measurement plane, fixture simulation, and adapter removal/insertion adjustments. The SNA5003X-E and SNA5006X-E have five sweep types: linear frequency mode, log frequency mode, power sweep mode, CW time mode, and segment sweep mode. The instruments support scattering parameter correction of SOLT, SOLR, TRL, response, and enhanced response.
