Siglent SSG5000A RF Signal Generator 9 kHz to 13.6 or 20 GHz
The Siglent SSG5000A series RF/microwave signal generators supports AM, FM, and PM modulation, pulse modulation, pulse sequence generator, power meter control and other functions. The SSG5083A has a frequency range of 9 kHz to 13.6 GHz, the SSG5085A from 9 kHz to 20 GHz. Equipped with a standard OCXO reference hardware module inside, the devices ensure high-precision and high stability signal output. They are designed for communication, aerospace, national defense, and other fields, as well as various application scenarios such as R&D and production.
