The Siglent microwave signal generators SSG6083A, SSG6085A, and SSG6087A have an output frequency range from 100 kHz to 13.6 GHz (upgradeabel to 20 GHz), 20 GHz, or 40 GHz. They offer a very good phase noise value of typ. -135 dBc/Hz (at 1 GHz, offset 20 kHz). The devices support AM (standard) and pulse modulation (option), pulse sequence generator (option, power meter control and other functions. A OCXO reference hardware module is standard and ensures high-precision and high stability signal output. The signal generators are designed for communication, aerospace, national defense and other fields, as well as various application scenarios such as R&D and production.
