High Quality Function Generator and Arbitrary Waveform Generator from Keysight

The Keysight 33250A is a highest performance function generator. With 11 standard waveforms plus pulse and arbitrary waveforms - it is the most frequency stable and lowest distortion function generator in its class.

  • Stable, low distortion function generator for standard and arbitrary waveforms. Graphic colour display.
  • Up to 80 MHz sine and square wave output. Sine, square, ramp, noise and other standard waveforms.
  • Stable, highly accurate output with up to 1 µHz frequency resolution.
  • 50 MHz pulse with variable edge (rise/fall time).
  • 12 bit, 200 MSa/s, 64 kpoints arbitrary waveforms.
  • AM, FM, FKS.
  • Linear and logarithmic sweeps with programmable frequency marker signal.
  • Programmable burst count.
  • Trigger signal source: Single trigger, external or internal.
  • TXCO time base with frequency accuracy 1 ppm.
  • External clock reference for synchronization with an external 10 MHz reference or a second 33220A.
  • GPIB and RS232 interface; SCPI compatible.
  • Free download: Signal library for Keysight 33220A and 33250A. a good source for generating your own arbitrary signals or emulation of real signals. The library includes more than 20 well-programmed, frequently used signale.

Included: Signal generator, power cord, CD-ROM with user manual, service manual, quick reference guide, IntuiLink waveform editor software, RS232 cable.
Software: Keysight I/O Library, IVI-COM, software support for VEE and LabVIEW.» Supported by Keysight BenchVue. Note: The recommended calibration interval for these devices is 12 months. Call or send an E-Mail for more information on calibration!
