The E4980A and E4980AL precision LCR meters for industry and laboratory provide the ideal combination of accuracy, speed and versatility for a wide range of component measurements. The instruments operate at test frequencies from 20 Hz to 300 kHz, 500 kHz, 1 MHz, or 2 MHz, depending on the model. Operation is simple and intuitive thanks to the clear front panel and 7-digit display with 6 display types. The E4980A/AL offer high measurement speed and excellent performance in both low and high impedance ranges, making them the basic tool for general R&D and manufacturing testing of components and materials. LAN, USB and GPIB PC connectivity enhances your design and test productivity. The E4980A/AL support a wide range of accessories for numerous applications to make measurements easy and reliable.
