The InfiniiVision MSOX3000G new mixed-signal oscilloscope series is the ideal solution for better capturing and isolating elusive glitches and anomalies not possible on other oscilloscopes. The devices are enhanced with 8 additional standard features compared to the 3000T series, including a new waveform and measurement histograms known from the InfiniiVision 6000X series. The oscilloscope basic features are 2 or 4 analog channels plus 16 digital/logic channels (mixed-signal), bandwidths up to 1 GHz, sample rates up to 5 GS/s, a waveform capture rate of 1,000,000 Wfms/a and a standard segmented memory of 4 Mpts.
- Bandwidth: 100, 200, 350, 500 MHz, or 1 GHz (upgradeable to max. 1 GHz).
- 2 or 4 analog channels and 16 digital/logic channels for mixed signal operation.
