Keysight U3606B DMM and Power Supply Hybrid

Keysight U3606B is a digital multimeter and power supply in one. Simultaneous and still independent. This hybrid device includes a 5½ digit DMM and a 30 W power supply with four ranges. PC connectivity with USB or GPIB.

• Multimeter:
  120,000 counts resolution. 0.025% DCV accuracy. 10 measurement functionen incl. capacity, 8 built-in math functions, 4-wire mΩ measurement (range 100 mΩ...1000 Ω). DC volt range 19.9999 mV...1000 V.
• Power supply:
  30 W. Ranges: 30 V/1 A, 100 mA/30 V, 8 V/3 A and 1000 mV/3 A. Excellent line/load regulation up to 0.01%+3 mV. OVP and OCP load protection. Auto ramp and scan for multi-level bias test. Up to 4.8 kHz square wave generator.
