The Siglent SDS2000X-Plus digital oscilloscopes offer two or four channels up to 350 MHz, 2 GS/s maximum sample rate, up to 200 Mpts memory depth and a waveform capture rate of 500,000 wfm/s (sequence mode). The 2-channel model with 100 MHz bandwidth may be upgraded to 350 MHz by software update, the 4-channel 350 MHz model may be upgraded to 500 MHz (maximum bandwidth available on two independent channels). A new generation of SPO technology (Super Phosphor Oscilloscope) ensures excellent signal fidelity and performance as well as 256 intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode. The SDS2000X-Plus series also supports an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter including serial bus triggering for I²C, UART, SPI, LIN, CAN. Serial bus decoding, zone trigger, counter, totalizer, mask test, history with search function, FFT analysis with up to 2 million points are also included as standard. I²S, CAN-FD, FlexRay and MIL decoding, 16 digital/logic channels (mixed signal/MSO) and bandwidth upgrades are available.
